Beer List
We have four regular ales on tap at all times, Hairy Weasel Hefeweizen, Barracuda Blonde, Raging Rhino Red, and U.C.I.P.A (India Pale Ale). We also serve at least one seasonal beer, and there's always a stout or porter on tap.

FLAGSHIP ALES

HAIRY
WEASEL™ HEFEWEIZEN
A straw yellow effervescent slightly cloudy wheat
beer. Mild in flavor, our lightest offering is served with a slice of lemon.
BARRACUDA
BLONDE™
A light golden, effervescent, American-style cream ale. Crisp
and delicate.
RAGING
RHINO® RED
Deep red-amber color, crisp hoppy aroma, and a luscious
combination of roasted toffee and caramel make this beer a favorite. 1991
Great American Beer Festival, Gold Medal.
U.
C. I. P. A.
Named after the University of California at Irvine, plus U
can C the yeast, since it is an unfiltered India Pale Ale. Deep gold color. Citrus-floral
hop nose with lots of malt flavors, leading to an intense hop finish. 2006
Great American Beer Festival, Silver Medal.

LORD
STANLEY STOUT
A rich, medium-bodied dry Irish-style stout with lots of
roasty flavors. 2001 Great American Beer Festival,
Gold Medal and 2002 Great American Beer
Festival, Bronze Medal.
TITANIUM
WHEAT
Strong yet light. An American-style wheat ale, dry-hopped for an
assertive finish. Watch out, it's a kicker! 1995
Great American Beer Festival, Bronze Medal.
WHITE
DOG PALE ALE
Deep gold unfiltered session beer. A traditional British-style
pale ale made with American ingredients.
FRENCH
PETE'S PORTER
Dark brown and creamy, with a full-bodied malty flavor and
a smooth clean finish.
HALO
RED
Deep copper-red beer with a creamy collar of foam, and a rich roasty
coffee-toffee finish.
ANTEATER
PALE ALE
A local favorite named in honor of UC-Irvine's sports teams.
Tawny colored with floral hop aroma and some caramel malt sweetness.
BACK
BAY BITTER
Copper hued English-style bitter. Mild flavored with a clean
hop finish.
BOHEMIAN
RHAPSODY
A deep-gold colored lager balancing the spiciness of Saaz haps
with rounded malt flavor and crisp hop bitterness.
HOP
HEAD'S DELIGHT
Just like it sounds: Extra big and extra bitter, with a
strong malt backbone that can stand up to the bitter and aromatic hops.
