A straw yellow effervescent slightly cloudy wheat beer. Mild in flavor,
our lightest offering is served with a slice of lemon.

BARRACUDA BLONDE™
A light golden, effervescent, American-style Cream Ale. Crisp and delicate.

RAGING RHINO® RED
Deep red-amber color, crisp hoppy aroma, and a luscious combination of
roasted toffee and caramel make this Scotish Ale a favorite.
1991 Great American Beer Festival, Gold Medal.

BOMBAY BOMBER™ IPA
Deep gold color. Citrus-floral hop nose with lots of malt flavors, leading to an
intense hop finish. A well-balanced India Pale Ale.

SEASONAL & DARK BEERS

21st ANNIVERSARY IMPERIAL RYE I.P.A.
Northwest Imperial IPA brewed with 9% malted rye, delta, and calypso hops. 9.8% ABV.

RURIK IMPERIAL STOUT
Eleven varieties of grain come together in this brew to produce a fullbodied, powerful Imperial stout. 9.1% A.B.V.

AGED ALES
We have been aging several kegs of some of oour higher A.B.V. beers including barleywine, soured oak-aged heat miser, Imperial stout, and the 20th Anniversary Scotch ale, served in a snifter. Ask your server for the current offering.

TWISTED MENISCUS I.P.A.
Northwest style I.P.A. brewed with honey malt, and seven varieties of hops. 63 IBU's.

ORANGE WHEAT
Light, fruity, mellow and garnished with an orange slice.

BREAK-ACTION PORTER
Robust porter brewed with roasted malt, toasted malt, and northwest hops.
